Etche Youths celebrate As The Capacity Leader Sir Polly Declares For RSHA Etche 1

There was celebration across Etche nation as the Capacity Leader Hon. Sir Polycarp Agubolom declares his intention to contest for the Etche Constituency  1 seat in the Rivers State house of Assembly under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in 2019 general elections. 

The declaration was heralded with a press conference in Port Harcourt were the Capacity Leader Hon. Polycarp told journalists and social media practitioners why he is vying for the assembly seat and his plans to massively empower the youths of Constituency 1 when elected. When asked about the agitation by a certain ward in the constituency that the seat in 2019 is their turn and has been zoned to them, Hon. Polycarp dispelled such rumour stating that "the leadership of APC in Etche has not zoned and will never zone legislative seats to any ward in Etche."

It will recalled that Hon Polycarp Agubolom A.K.A Capacity Leader is an accomplished businessman, an accountant by training, a philanthropist per excellence and an ardent follower of Chibuike Rotimi Chibuike in Etche. As a loyal party man of the APC he has been the brain behind the resurgence and rebirth of APC in Ndashi and Etche.

Because of his leadership style in APC Ndashi, opposition party leaders and their supporters have left their party PDP to the APC. According to a proverb "charity begins at home" the good works of the Capacity Leader has endered him to the youths and leaders of the party in Etche, no wonder Etche was agog on hearing the news of the Capacity Leader Hon Polycarp Agubolom intention to run for the Etche Constituency 1 seat come 2019.
